Nancy Jane Elliott

Nancy Jane Elliott, 65, of Indianapolis, Indiana, died Sunday, December 23, 2012, at her home. She was born December 11, 1947, in Fairfield, Illinois, the daughter of Kenneth and Vera (Spencer) Wiseman. She worked in retail for Wal-Mart Corporation.

Nancy was a member of the Indianapolis First Church of the Nazarene, and enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren and taking them to movies. She was a hard worker and always put others before herself. She was very proud of her collection of chickens.

Survivors include her companion Eddie Brock; son Tony Elliott and his wife Heather of Beech Grove, IN; daughter Tina Paff and her husband Doug of Martinsville, IN; brother Jerry Wiseman and his wife JoAnn of Carmi, IL; sister Norma Grimes and her husband Ed of Grayville, IL; grandchildren Rachael Elliott, Kristopher Elliott, Samantha Elliott, Kamal Bayaa, Etta Faye Elliott-Paff, Ares Muirhead-Paff, Zack Elliott, and Katie Elliott.

She is preceded in death by her parents and son Timothy Elliott.

Visitation is 5-7 pm, Thursday, December 27, at Cook Funeral Chapel in Grayville. Funeral is at 10 am Friday, December 28 at Cook Funeral Chapel with burial in Oak Grove Cemetery in Grayville.
