Nina W. Harvey

Nina W. Harvey, 78, of Grayville, IL, died Sunday, June 9, 2013, at Meadowood Nursing Home in Grayville. She was married to Warren E. Harvey, and he preceded her in death on January 3, 2010. Nina was a member of The Lighthouse Church in Grayville, and she enjoyed oil painting and giving painting lessons. For a time, she owned and operated Ninas Country Crafts in Geff, IL. She and her late husband, Warren, were active members of the American Legion.

Survivors include son Tony (Sharon) Butler of Grayville; daughters Alicia Hallam of Grayville, Angela Story of Terre Haute, IN; brother William (Martha) Frye of Hendersonville, TN; sister Martha Vice of Alabama.

Grandchildren Mike Legg, Randi Sue Butler, Shelly Butler, Sherri Marshall, Katie Hawkins, Tony Butler, Jr., Shawn Butler, Andrea Schmittler, Megan Coliver, Brandi Sager, Billy McCullough.

Great grandchildren Bobbi Sue Butler, Clayton Marshall, Chelsi Johnson, Kami Johnson, Benjamin Butler, Zachery Butler, Abbie Butler, Shaylynn Butler, Alex Slunder, Victoria Coale, Clayton Short, Nathan Archer, Tristen Archer, Myleigh Rayne Coliver, Jadea Thomason.

She is preceded in death by her parents; husband; son Ben Arthur Butler, Jr.; and sister Joyce Holt.

Visitation and funeral are Wednesday, June 12, 2013, at Cook Funeral Chapel in Grayville. Visitation is at 11 am and funeral is at 1 pm. Ninas remains will be cremated following the funeral service.
