Sandy K. Zenner Obituary (1947

Sandy Zenner, 67, of Carmi, Illinois, died Thursday, February 19, 2015, at Deaconess Hospital in Evansville, Indiana. She was born June 2, 1947, in Carmi the daughter of Joseph and Thelma (Corwin) Ward. She was married to Mike Zenner and he preceded her in death on December 7, 2007. She was a member of the Church of God. Sandys family was the center of her life. She was a loving wife, mother and grandmother. Survivors include son Michael (Kathy) Zenner of Wisconsin; daughters Michelle (Stacey) Brown and Amber (Randy) Graves; sisters Phyllis McGhee, Donna James and Margaret Rebstock, all of Carmi; grandchildren Alivia Zenner, Nikolas Brown, Hannah Brown, Maxxson Brown, Kade Zenner, Noah Zenner, Whitney Zenner, Courtney Zenner and Ashley Zenner; niece Tammy (Nick) Leithliter and their son Alex; and several loving nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her parents; husband; sister Betty Blazier; brothers Junior and Bill Ward. Visitation and funeral are Sunday, February 22, 2015, at Cook Funeral Chapel in Carmi. Visitation is at 1 pm and funeral is at 3 pm. Burial will be in Melrose Cemetery in Carmi. Memorials to go toward expenses may be made to Sandys family and will be accepted at Cook Funeral Chapel.
